Tips:
- For the best results, please upload a high-resolution, clear image.
- If your photo appears blurry, pixelated, or low-quality on the preview or before you upload, it will print the same way on your magnet.
- Each magnet has a slight bleed (edge wrap) around the sides, so we recommend keeping the main subject (people, pets, logos, etc.) away from the very edges of your photo to prevent cropping or wrapping.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Each magnet is hand-cut and made with care, but we work quickly to get your order out. Shipping time depends on the method you choose at checkout, but most orders arrive within a few business days after processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
